Location and staff are friendly.

1) They are definitely good at photoshop on those pictures. 2) They don't cover the spring box. 3) Filthy 4) Why they sell condoms on the check in counter. 5) The whole hotel smelled like moth balls.

Great value inn

Fun district with plenty of places to eat, near MRT stop. Brand new interior. New bedding. Exceeded our expectations of a 2 star hotel.

Situated on tiny alley but perfectly safe. A little noisy.

Okay but you can find better for the same price

Its proximity to Ximen station, The Red House, Ximen Police Station, and Ximen Night Market. 2 mins and you're there!!! Also, the wifi is good. And there's free water. They also let you borrow umbrellas. And the staff were helpful. Very helpful.

There were mosquitoes in our room on our first night but the staff gave us a mosquito killing device so this issue was resolved. There is no elevator. Idk if I should've known but it's just 4 floors high so it's okay. The carpet on the halls and stairs are nasty. Idk if they even vacuum it. The upper part of the bathroom wall and the full bathroom door is clear glass. If someone's naked or pooping and you open the door, you can see them. The separation of the room and the bathroom is half glass as well but you can't see the body unless you really look. But that part has a curtain so it's okay.

The place is very nice and clean. They provide a water bottle, towel, slipper, shower gel, etc

the room didn't have a window and the toilets are shared.

The room too small..the carpet was wet & smelly..No lift facilities (it's uncomfortable for me coz I had knee pain upon walking upstairs)

Location to get MRT is good

Only Location i liked to get MRT The area is for young people which I didn’t know And for also rainbow people which I didn’t know Taxi service to the airport is great deals

Cleaness of the air conditioner and window and broken window net with many mosquitos Too small TOO EXPENSIVE!! if the cost was half price I could give you all 5 stars There is no elevator and no help to go up to the 5th floor with a big bags

Taipei September weekend trip (SG Couple)

I like that it’s very close to Ximen MRT station and there are a lot of convenience stores and cafes/restaurant around the area. We booked the double deluxe room as a couple and the price is reasonable enough for a 2-nights stay.

There is no power plug near the bed side table to charge electronics in our room. You will need to have long usb cables for your phone (ours is iPhone) charger to reach the plug which is mounted on top the head board down to the bed side table.

Good budget location in the center of Ximending

Location is right at the Ximending area, few meters away from Ximen station exit. It provides a good central location in Taipei because it has access to two MRT lines. There is unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby, with free bottled water. We got rooms in the new extension building that has key access code to enter so we felt safe. Rooms were clean.

We were made to wait after 3pm to check in. Cleaning lady forgot that we were still waiting for the other rooms we booked. We booked 3 rooms and had to wait and follow up on the last room which they forgot to clean. The walls in the room are thin and noise can be heart from the other rooms.
